THE WORKOUT:

• 25 Bodyweight Pull Ups
• 50 Deadlifts with 60Kg
• 50 Floor Cleaners with 60kg
• 50 Bodyweight Press Ups
• 50 Jumping Squats
• 50 Kettle Bell Clean & Press (25 per side | 12kg Kettle Bell)
• 25 Bodyweight Pull Ups

Did it last year for 3 weeks twice a week. Did 50 box jumps instead of squat jumps. also used 16kg kettle bell.
got my time down to 15.21. Did you do both sides equals one rep on the floor cleaners.

Man I've been a fan for years but I must say since your training/videos have incorporated being functional and athletic it's been a refreshing transition. I was previously in a similar mindset where all my attention was on building muscle which hindered my athletic performance. My training is now more well-rounded and no doubt I feel and look better because of it. Keep up the solid work as always brother!!

So ummm Lex, either you acted to make out it was tough or you did that over 2 hours or you were extremely dehydrated, I've seen plenty of your workouts to know that you sweat a bunch when you go hard, where's the sweat in this one man? lol … and don't watch it back at your push-up form 😜

I have a question: How much weight should a woman aim for in these exercises? Cause if you ask me to do 50 deadlifts in a row with 60kg I'll be lucky if I'm done with this workout before I'm retired… And for the floor cleaners that bar will never leave the floor. Will definitely try this workout once I'm over the flu I have at the mo, it looks like an interesting challenge… Great vid 🙂

Hadn't worked out for a week, thought it was a good idea to start my week with this workout…couldn't finish the last pull ups. Will be doing this once a week, until i can finish it completely in under 25mins 💪

Lex this was awesome! I used it as part of a HIIT cardio workout and a GREAT mix up! I did it in 18:14…now hooked to beat it! Thanks for this and more videos like this would be ace! 👌🏽🙌🏽💪🏽
