This is one my fav full body HIIT workouts at the moment! It's challenging but effective! You can modify it to make it easier. For eg, instead of a spider push up, do a spider plank. Or change lateral lunge jump to just lateral lunge. Anything that involves jumping will make the workout more difficult. 🙂
how many calories does this roughly burn?
I've been doing this for months now! It's a part of my morning routine, first time I do in the morning after waking up is cardio, currently doing this around 3 times a week. It makes me feel incredible every time. Thank you!

Ohhhh I DID IT ! I just finished this workout 💪 Well, I had to rest multiple times in the 2nd set but I didnt give up, when I found it hard to do a move I just jump in the spot, do some jumping jacks o jump rope 😁 I tried to not stoop. I did it guys and you can do it too. Thank you Chloe for these amazing cardio workouts ❤❤
it's basically the most difficult workout in Chloe's channel no kidding.
Man i used to do this TWICE! ive been working out but somehow i fell off my routine so im getting back at it,,, im trying 🙁 but school and stuff but anyways i cant actually believe i used to do this twice like i saw this on my workout playlist and was like ´oh its been a while, lets do it´ man one was enough for me omggg… still lets see if i can get back and do this twice 😮

Tbh I could not finish this…Maybe because I just don’t feel so well today, but I just couldn’t get trough:( I stopped at like 7:46, because I was fainting and I felt like my heart was gonna jump out of my chest. Great workout tho lol

LIKE WTF, I didn't expect that! And I didn't start eating healthier or anything! Though I admit, I mostly dine rich and eat light for lunch + only drink smoothies for breakfast. But seriously, I'm not sporty whatsoever you guys! Just do it! Hustle!
