Plz can anyone suggest… i need to reduce 16 kgs is this workout enough for daily basis to burn extra calories? Bcoz em getting confuse can't follow monthly challanges em following that 4 minute workout too but along with that only this workout once a day can help me or not? In how much time i can get rid of those extra lbs

I've always had a lot of trouble losing weight. Following your playlist for 2months and doing a minimum of 12,000 steps a day, I've lost 10lbs! I've never been able to do that! THANK YOU!
