I can't remember how I stumbled across your channel but I'm so grateful. The fact that you offer the modified version in your videos makes exercising enjoyable. It helps individuals start at a pace that makes them want to exercise instead of going right in and doing exercise moves that make you feel like you're going to pass out! I'm enjoying your channel! Haven’t been working out for months because of incoming gcses, thought it would add to much stress, however doing the workout today has made me feel so revived! This workout was such a challenge as I hadn’t worked out for such long time (I did have to pause a bit😉😕) , thanks Lucy , I will try and get back on it again!💪
I really love Lucy's workout but I find them so hard to follow because I have rubbish coordination, I wish the moves were slower/more simple 🙁 i spend half the time fumbling and figuring out the actual moves rather than doing the proper moves. Wahhhhhhhh

Honestly whenever i started working out i quit usually because most of the videos shown by other trainers were nothing i liked or were too complex for me as a beginner.. But you're workouts are so good and something i can do every day to stay fit.. Thank you Lucy.. Great job👍🏼❤️
