This was excellent! You make fme feel guilty at the end though, asking to conitue to workout! I hope you consider this one enough for one day! Especially working at the highest and hardest intesity level, with 8lbs and 15lbs! I love you! I workout with you every day! FOR YEARS!
It's spring, at least by the calendar, so it's time to retry the Spring Challenge.
Just started a Spring challenge (2015) and have to say this first workout is excellent combo of strength, cardio, and core. Sparkling so much I light up a room 🙂 Thanks for the challenge!

I AM SWEATING
Just started on the 2017 "spring" challenge (okay I know its officially summer now but….!) Love this workout. Had intended to do this yesterday but only got the walk in, so today I've done the total sculpt this morning (really need to progress to heavier weights but I whimp out) and will do the belly fast blast later on this afternoon to catch up…. Started the diet too yesterday so … no pressure! Thank you Jessica for letting us sparkle with you.

You are the reason I lost 65 pounds, 3 months postpartum, to fit into my wedding dress. I did not go crazy with dieting because I was exclusively breastfeeding. Your personality gives the feel like you are right in the room with me and gives the right amount of charge to keep going when I wanted to stop. This workout is really enjoyable. I am redoing Jessica's 2016 FALL Challenge and this is Day 15. I have been working out with Jessica every day for over two years (and occasionally for another year on top of that). I know this video is a couple of years old. I have two questions- Any extra cue suggestions to avoid putting weight into the back leg while lunging, and don't we exhale when rounding our back in cat-cow? Thanks

Jessica is an awesome instructor. She explains proper form consistently and her energy and attitude are so pleasant and genuine. I have been doing her classes for over a year and my strength, muscle tone and energy levels have all improved tremendously. Who doesn't have 30 to 40 minutes to follow a Jessica class and improve their health? One of thee best fitness instructors out there.

I cannot do lunges. My balance is horrible. My left knee also gives me some trouble, not to the point that I can’t exercise. Any tips? I’m about 65 pounds overweight.

Day 22 of the January Jumpstart Challenge Challenge ✅. I am travelling so I had to use what I had which was 4kilo and 2kilo sets. I still got a terrific workout though. Thanks Jessica for the @January Jumpstart I can’t believe that it is the final week of the challenge. Can’t wait to find out what is planned for February 💪💪

This was another great workout! I'm pretty sure I have never done this one before, but most of the moves were familiar enough that I had no trouble keeping up. I surprised myself by being able to complete the single-leg deadlifts as single-leg–I only had to tap my foot down once or twice. A wonderful way to start the week!
I was sweating after this workout. It was great!
Today was 4th or 5t time I did this workout and I could raise my leg little while doing the deadlift. Felt so good. As she says practice makes your progress. Hoping in few more attempts will be able to raise the leg as high as she does. Great workout.

Keep getting back to your workouts! Now see that this one is 6,5 years old, but still awesome! I love your workouts because you really explain things, you don't make any sudden noices (as a HSP I don't like sudden noices haha…), you don't show your abs (a lot of trainers do and it makes me feel so consious about my cottage cheese donut belly 😉 ), you have a great combo of strength, cardio and flexibility, just overall great workouts that make me feel good, get's me sweating and make me feel like I am taking really good care of my body.
