Great workout. I feel it in my legs, but in the best way!
Personally, I felt that the workout was all over the place. I could have used more consistency and longer periods doing each part of the workout. This could have worked for beginners, but I felt it was not challenging enough for me. I also felt that it could have been done in 20min if there was not as many breaks and explanation on each part. :'(
