What size ball do you use??? It looks alot smaller than the size I bought for my height. Mine is a 75cm

𝙁𝙞𝙩𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙙𝙤𝙚𝙨𝙣'𝙩 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙫𝙚, 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙚𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚. 𝙏𝙝𝙚𝙨𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙏𝙪𝙗𝙚 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙫𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙤𝙨 𝙖𝙧𝙚 (𝙛𝙧𝙚𝙚!) 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙛.
That is my first workout ever with the ball! and it was actually fun! The first 9 moves were a mess till I got used to it and adjusted my self. The second set went a lot nicer. It definitely looked easier than it is! Thank you!

Question
This was a good workout! I'd love to see more stability ball workouts! But some of the drills in this were tough to decipher because the ball blended in with the background and the mat. Just a perspective 🙂
