Corina Z. I feel the same way! I love everything about this one especially that it was a little longer than usual. Thank you Amy for your positive and encouraging words towards the end of the workout when I was thinking "Can I keep going?" you said "You can do this! You are so strong!" Loved it!

Thanks Amy! Do you think it's better to combine cardio and strength training or do them separately? There's so much information out there, it's hard to know which is "better" for fat loss.

Wow, another 50 min workout that moves so quickly 👏. The power moves are tough and a great way to work on stability as well. I thought about just using my kettlebell, glad i switched to dumbbells as you suggested it 😅Love it, thank you so much 🙏

Outstanding! Most good workouts I feel the next day, this one I was feeling only 6 hours later. Yeah, that good! Amy masterfully crafts this full body workout from start to finish. She builds the intensity as it progresses so you’re not slammed out of the gate. Once you get deeper into it you’re really pushing yourself through some challenging, beneficial and ultimately rewarding blocks. As always, Amy provides enthusiastic motivation to keep going and finish strong. I definitely recommend this and am adding it to my workout repertoire that I’ll do on a consistent basis. Thanks, Amy!!!

the lunge & snatch is actually one of my fav moves. 3 years in doing your yt videos and it just gets better & better ! . I'm from Aus + lockdown an your work outs are keeping me sane . Ps : when you say "we have time for a bonus move" I know you always come up with Something hectic & a lot but its just enough ❤️.
