Can I used dumbbell for this workout
This workout was awesome! All I have for weight are kettlebells so I love a good kb workout that’s not too long but effective and this is perfect 🤩

The movements though are awesome.
I wish she talked during the warm up and cool down.
I also wish the cool down had the legs involved. That was a whole lot of leg movement and working out to not stretch out the legs at the end.

The tempo seemed off to me on this routine. The 10s rest between the different exercises was too short; not even long enough sometimes to change positions. That said, I did enjoy the exercises.
