Did this just now and had sweat dripping from my head which hardly happens to me. I hate burpees just cos they're intimidating but decided to push past that and just get used to them. Awesome workout👍

I alternate between resistance band strength training and your cardio workouts. Getting in shape has become more difficult as I close in on 40. I am finally starting to see results thanks to you.
