7-1 / 6-2 / 5-3 / 4-4 / 3-5 / 2-6 / 1-7
12 X 3 rest 90sec
-lunge slide backs 2 pulsing kick backs each rep
-dive bombers
-sissy squats
-pike pushups
-pullups
-glute bridge + 3 pulses each rep
30sec each X 2 rest 60sec
-mountain climber slides
-X jack knives
-V sit rope climbs

Real talk that was good shit. Dolphin push ups suck, so i guess u need to do them more, lol. And as a 6ft2, 255 to 265lbs guy with size 13 feet the getting up off my knees had me thinking i was going to break my ankles, lol. But once over the fear a really good explosive movement. I felt some tention in the arm shoulder joint on one side during though, i guess i tensed my upper body on the move up, should i be?Thanks for sharing will definitely start to incorprate both into my home routine. Won't lie could only muster 4 of each warm up, didn't even try the sliding scale, lol. Will have to go for the circuit moves tomorrow, i do enjoy dive bomber or hindu pushups, not sure if theres a difference really? Anywho thanks again looks like a really good workout.

I did this work out today. Was totally amazing. I had to to down scale on dolphin push ups because I have no upper body strength (YET) 🙂 But I tried my hardest with what I could. Love you guys a ton. Thank you for showing me something awesome to do at home after work, during work and before. Plus I signed up for your website. So excited to have DLB on the daily!!!! WOOOOO!!!!!
