Amazing as always. Definitely challenging for me, just when I was thanking Jesus it was done, I realized there was one more round to go lol. I said nahhh I’m done but felt guilty and pushed through it. Thanks for your awesome workouts Heather, I’m grateful for them and you!

After doing this workout, I've learned burpees are WAY EASIER with the extra inch that dumbbell provides.
Great workout but I notice you look as fresh as you do in round 4 as you do on round 1 so it’s about then I need some motivation and if I could see you pushing it through with as much sweat as me in the 4th round and motivating me that would be even better but great workout

Really enjoyed the workout looking for more full body workouts like this but how about a no repeat. I was recently diagnosed with high PB and have to lose 10-20 Ibs. My normal routine has consisted of cardio and not much strength training. So I was encouraged by my nutritionist to add weights. So videos like this help me to have guided workouts that are targeted for full body. Thank you Heather
