All great effective moves but really the super set repetition of a limited number moves in such a short time just became boring. For me when time is short for a workout, I’d much rather have more variation (a 20 min HIIT with all different moves as someone else recommended) and save superset repetition for a more comprehensive longer workout. Thanks though for your ‘get-right-to-it’ videos. Keep up the great content of fitness!
