This Full Body HIIT Circuit will having you feeling lean and strong in all the right places. We will be running through 4 different circuits today starting with upper body exercises and then moving into abs and core, then legs and finishing it all off with a HIIT cardio circuit. This full body workout has no repeats meaning you only have to perform each move once! Which is perfect for those of you that get bored easily. Grab some weights and follow along!

Loved this workout, just the perfect workout for my fitness level,, challenging aerobically, but including weights. I'm one of those people who rarely sweat, even when I work hard, but this combination has me dripping.
