Join me for this 35 minute FULL BODY FUSION Workout with weights. Grab your dumbbell and/or kettlebells. Each circuit will have 2 rounds that allow you to alternate between dumbbells and kettlebells, or you can just use whatever you’ve got all the way through. We’re going to get strength & cardio, but we’re also going to get in some MOBILITY – we all need this!! I’ll give you different options and modifications for all fitness levels. Let’s do it!

Please do make more workouts like this, I could definitely use some stretching baked into my strength and cardio- and it’s not like this was any easier than a straight weightlifting workout!

I really love this format, Amy. I can go heavier when there are fewer actual reps. The stretching in between reps also makes the time go faster. Love this!
