That was cool. Just finished. Hiw do you heal a pulled muscle from the left side of the buttocks going all the way down the back if right thigh to the back of the knee? I'm inflamed bad.

I did it, yes it was amazing! It’s been 3 months of consistency, I love the strength my body is getting. When I started I could not do the full workout without resting. Now I do continuously to completion and I do all the reps. As Tiffany says, every day we are getting better. I am not stopping, I am a committed Rothe Star 💫,.CCC= FFF. Thanks Tiff😻😻

WHEW. We did that. I used 15lb dumbbells. UGH. But I did it. Time for my yoga class.
This made it so much easier to target the right muscles. Yet the burn was intense!! Thanks Tiffany 🙂
