I listen to this and pre-workout every morning before I walk into the gym. This is the sh*t that motivates me. Not that "you're awesome, as long as you're good to yourself." Participation trophy sh*t. There are no participation trophies in lifting. JUST NUMBER 1!

This video changed my look on life and how I went about do thing in my life. Thinking if I could just get by without anyone noticing me I would be ok was actually killing me. I was at least 50 lbs over weight and high risk for a heart attack. I was depressed most of the time and I just could find my intestinal fortitude to take my fat ass to the gym. This video found me one day when I was at my worst and told me to stop being like everyone else and to stop being average I had not heard that before. And from here I would learn who Mr. CT Was. I knew I had found that voice I needed so bad to here to push me to mold me into what I wanted. The ruff none sugar coated approach is and always has been the only way to get though my think skull to listen. Now I’ve lost 45lbs and I feel better that ever and everyday I push myself to be great not average. So now the only thing you’ll find in my headphones or on my stereo is CT motivation videos everywhere I go. I never want to be fucking average agin. So thank you Mr. CT you have changed my life I can’t express how much you truly have helped me thank you sir!
