I love this, thank you. I'm an absolute beginner but actually managed it, with low intensity throughout. Of course I'm dying now but feel pleased with myself! Should I aim to do this daily or should I allow a recovery day?

Great workout! Would love to see more interval cycling from you guys – I have major back issues that prevent me from doing most cardio, but this video showed me that I can push myself quite hard on my recumbent stationary. Just started working out last week (and quit smoking 2 weeks ago today), so I'm really appreciating all of the beginner stuff you guys have on your channel. Keep up the good work!
Hello! great video thanks. . . my bike is a Exerpeutic Folding Magnetic Upright Bike with Pulse, and by looking at where the pedals are located I don't think I can ride it standing up. Do u have any suggestions about what can I do that?
I don't want to spend more money on another type of bike. 🙁

I never knew you could turn a bike into a stationary bike like that. How do you do that? I could never buy exercise equipment bc one I can’t lift it and two I couldn’t put it together and three I don’t have the room for a big treadmill. How do you turn a bike into a stationary like in this video??
