in your thumbnail right where the arrow is pointing I have a strain here that wont go away ive had massages it still there. no tears what could that be? I can pronate my wrists both ways pick stuff up but soon as there's resistance it flares up and inflames

So @ 66 yrs. old I'm working on my body to regain my muscle from atrophy over the years. My forearms are extremely weak to the point I might be able to do one pull up. I currently do a light work out @ work with a part my shop manufacturers for a big pump builder. It weighs 40# and is perfect for curls, overhead tricep and presses and reverse curls. What else can I do to increase my forearms?
