Went for a long walk for the #5milechallenge  and really felt it in all my thigh muscles and my back. This flow was perfect to stretch out and loosen up.

Hi Jessica! My husband and I are researching french bulldogs like Peanut there to decide if they will be the right fit for us. A few questions – what are their personalities like and what kinds of needs do they have? How much exercise would you say, and how much do they shed?? Are they yappers? We are so excited about getting our first puppy 🙂 🙂 Peanut looks like a little love bug too. Oh, I didn't even do this workout I'm commenting on but I usually do at least one of your videos a day – thank you!!

I saw a great tip from another yoga teacher for doing the “mountain climber”. Use yoga blocks to prop up your hands (either the long way or tall way)….This helped me so much because I’m kind of between using a chair (too high) and using the floor (too low). Love your workouts, Jessica.

That was perfect! I'm a little sore and didn't was something too intense, but I did want to do more than stretch. I had a nice glisten going by the end of the workout. Thanks!

Just perfect for the day after my 1000cal workout which at five feet I don't burn that much lol but it was still hard yesterday so this flow which really gets sweat rolling is the perfect off day balance. #sweatyyoga #yogaflow #yoga

I think I've done this one before, a long time ago! Felt great! Tough and got the heart rate up there, and sweat dripping. But overall it felt really good to stretch some things out! Can't wait until Tuesday! 🙂

Excellent workout Jessica. This was great for today. Did it after your Day 2 Summer Challenge workout Circuit 3 Total Body. The SoS is even better than last year I am so glad that I downloaded those DVD's. After this Flo Yo I now feel fit and ready for the day ahead. Thank you and see you for Day 3 tomorrow. Started early as I couldn't wait!

I was unable to do those poses switching front leg and then standing. My left leg is too weak to lift me up. How can I modify this pose so I can do it?

Again a new one for me. I found it very discouraging to do the plank with forward leg and then switch sizes quickly. I cannot do things quickly anymore. It made me feel bad that I couldn't do this. I lost my balance and so on. I suppose I will get better at this one but I'm not sure I can make myself do it again. I feel good after the workout, stretched and strengthened.

Good morning, Jessica.  I get bored after a while of doing other workouts on youtube, from different people, but i always come back to your tv channel and get motivated every time with you!  Even though this is an older video of yours, I find them to be the best, because you keep it real.  I get a great workout and sweat right along with you.  Thank you!  Thank you!

This is a wonderful but difficult routine. The hardest part is the abs work at the end and the running lunges with changing legs. I am unable to do those lunges the same as Jessica and then I feel bad about myself cause I'm not as fit as I want to be. Anyone have this trouble? I am older than Jessica, shoot I am older than Jessica's Mom for that matter. I should not talk mean to myself because I can't do what she does. I am doing the best I can and getting more fit all the time. I am enough.

This was great workout for my recovery day! I love your workouts and do them several times a week! I was a little sore today free the 69 min HIIT mashup (AWESOME workout), so I wanted to stretch but still get my heart rate up. This workout did just that! Thanks for the constant motivation! And I love Peanut, my cat, Milo is pretty similar during these sessions haha

It has been a while since I have done this and I am so pleased I rediscovered this routine. It has a bit of everything, movement, stretching and some challenges in there to keep us on our toes. It is late afternoon after a busy day and I feel energised after doing this and the time flew past.

I'm so thankful for your workouts! This is perfect for me, in my third trimester (with modifications, of course!). I feel extra accomplished, knowing I was able to hold poses despite a hiccuping baby boy doing his own workout in there 😉
