by YouTube Team

How amazing would it be to see Flex Wheeler and Kevin Levrone showdown one final time at the 2017 Olympia Classic Physique division? Both have returned to the sport PAST the age of 50.

Nick sorry dude you are way off here. The classic physique guys are generally guys with much greater shoulder to waist differentials (skeletally). Levrone was an awesome bodybuilder because he was able to build so much mass. His only advantage over Wheeler (when he beat him) was mass based. Levrone (as small as he looked compared to the other heavyweights) was on stage at 240lb at the 2016 Mr O. He has no hope of looking any good at the Classic cut-off weight. His waist was significantly thicker than when he was a younger competitor at the same weight. This has nothing to do with body-fat and everything to do with age spread and loose skin. Levrone's only hope of redemption is to juice up to 265lb+ which will hide his age thickened waist. Also this will bring out those trademark cannonball delts which are still voted the best of all time by many commentators. Wheeler had a much better natural shoulder to waist differential but will probably present the same problem of an age thickened midsection. Also as previously stated, he is still abusing synthol which makes his arms look soft and spongy, all definition and separation is lost. My prediction is that Wheeler will drop out and that this is a publicity stunt. Levrone wont get a pass to this year's Mr O and will have to win or place high in a smaller pro show to qualify. I hope he makes it.Keep up the good work.

I wouldn't advise Kevin to do classic…if and only if his injury is what held him back and he couldn't squat at all and leg press properly..then its not really fair go wrote off his legs… hes intending to do a semi small show and qualify the Ol fashion way by winning a show..let's see

Levrone wont do The Classic physique.. Kevins legs Are already big by now, as you probably know they were small because he couldnt Train The due to injuries.Kevin Will Be way too Heavy for Classic physique

Get ready for cry baby Ray to knock Flex Wheeler for making a comeback just as he did with Leverone. Mind you, to be fair he was kind of right…Leverone came dead last in the Olympia despite the hype lol.

I'm sure that was the fist thing that went through Kevin's mind when he learned about Flex's comeback. I believe he has other plans for 2017 but maybe if he doesn't bring the legs up we could see that epic clash next year.

If there isn't already bodybuilding as a sport should have different divisions based on age.

I think this would be a phenomenal sight to see if Levrone and Flex were on the same stage for classic. Throw in Darrem Charles and you would have a hell of a contest. Make it happen!

I would love to see it too, but levrone is already putting in the work for the open. He's already grown 4" on his quads.

I think it's a great and even awesome idea. .! just don't want Kevin to think his fans lost faith in him doing the unthinkable and winning a pro show in open classes. .

I swear those classic competitions, those guys really looked like comic book drawings. Just really classic lines, and aesthetics. So much better than the shows today with the bloated guts.
