Question for the side planks. I honestly dont know how to do it properly. I cant barely hold myself up for 5 secs like where do you put your weight? I know you have to lift yourself up by your hips. Does it makes a difference if youre wearing shoes? Cause Im doing this bare foot and almost all my weight goes to my footsies it hurts 😭

Im always discouraged from the exercises in videos because you have to be a gymnast to do them because they require so much flexibility. This is the only exercise video that I’ve seen that doesn’t require flexibility. Thank you!
