When I did this workout there was something wrong with the audio. Not sure if it was a temporary glitch or not. Luckily I have done enough of your workouts that I could still do it without sound. : )

Your workouts are wonderfully deceptive in the way they 'tune up' my bod while I'm just focussed on the sequences. The countering/twisting movements and steady cardio of this one left me feeling
