Long hair gives you the ability of developing many things not just strength, its an extension of the nervous system. The US government knows this among many things we humans are capable of but they don't reveal these kind of secrets buried over time bro

What's going on Mr. Isuf? You mentioned anterior pelvic tilt in this video. What are YOUR thoughts/suggestions on reducing or correcting it on the squat? I'd appreciate the feedback.

I'm growing both the hair and the beard out- hair is reaching my shoulders and beard probably nearing two inches long.  I notice that the more hair I don, the stronger I become.  But that could just be because I started working out ~16 months with a buzzed head and haven't cut my hair since 😛  The beard is a more recent endeavor though, almost halfway to a yeard.

I know of this study on hair growth conducted by the United States Army. During the Vietnam war. The study introduced the concept of having Native Americans trained in the arts of guerrilla warfare. Since in the years of the late 60s and early 70s the lifestyle of the indigenous, although altered still maintained a much more outdoorsy life. Then let's say a city boy, whom would not have been around hunting, tracking, trapping, and snaring. The performance of the Native Americans was less then their withheld expectations. The a major common variable prior to the training was a lot of the native men had their long locks cut to a short buzz. So looking into their cultural value around the long hair, the decision to enable long hair locks upon the Native American soldiers was open minded. The next result was the military report of the training was along the lines of "the Native American soldiers had super natural capabilities to detect the whereabouts of the enemy". Not precisely those exact words, but I remember the words "supernatural", & "whereabouts of the enemy" were mentioned.

Your hair is your bodies antennas into the universe. Look up what happened to the native Americans when they were forced to enlist and cut their hair in WWII
