Good morning Lucy this is just what I needed. I've always had poor posture. I will never forget how ridiculed I was from a personal trainer who was running buggy fit classes for new mums. She singled me out and described me as an old lady in front of the other mega fit mums. I drove home in tears, needless to say never to return. Now I'm one of your regular followers and this work out is just amazing. I definitely feel taller and will try and maintain a straight back when wfh. Hi Lucy, I do this moves since the 10 min posture workout every single day as bad posture is a big problem for me. And it works! I feel I'm even taller and my shoulder pain is gone. Thank you so much ❤🌞
