Good morning Lucy this is just what I needed. I've always had poor posture. I will never forget how ridiculed I was from a personal trainer who was running buggy fit classes for new mums. She singled me out and described me as an old lady in front of the other mega fit mums. I drove home in tears, needless to say never to return. Now I'm one of your regular followers and this work out is just amazing. I definitely feel taller and will try and maintain a straight back when wfh.
