I didn’t realize how intense a kettle bell workout would be. I’m drenched in sweat and I love it.💪🏾💦

These folks do really make Exceptional videos. They're a bit long but they're very instructional and great for the beginner

If kettlebells were in fashion back then can you imagine an episode of Seinfeld where Kramer decides he's going to learn to use kettlebells? That would have been a funny one.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I have been looking for a beginners Kettle Bell work out for months. Now that the gym isn't an option (Because of the quatantines) I wanted something asap. This is perfect. First video I have seen that didn't have a rack of people in the comment section saying WARNING they are teaching incorrect form etc. This is a real work out. I am soaking wet with sweat!

I have been abroad for the past nine months which means I have been away from my home workout equipment and simply been doing the no equipment or cardio workouts. So happy to be reunited with my equipment and finally get to do this workout! Especially good with virus and having to be indoors and at home to workout. Thank you!

This looks good. But if you could have talked when she was going through it would have been nice. With covid 19 in full force now , doing this outside off my phone without having to constantly look would have been helpful.

is this routine safe enough for everyday or should it be done 3-4 times a week?

Great intro to Kettlebell workouts. I'm a little more advanced though. What FB workout is the next step up from this one? I watched a few other ones which look like a beast. I'm looking for something with a variety of moves and more aerobic activity (something I can do on my 'lazy days'). Thanks!

This routine is too hard for a beginner, unless you put in rest periods.

I think I shouldn't have started with my boyfriend's 18lb kettlebell…

I'm 6ft and weight is 230lbs, used a 6KG kettlebell, I had to take at least 10 minutes breaks in between and 250ml of water per round, absolutely knackered. Can someone please help me to give an estimate of how many calories I have burnt? Also how often should I do this? I also started cycling a few weeks ago but after this work out my thighs and inner thighs are burning like hell and can't seem to walk lol!

For those with lower back problems avoid the straight leg dead lift, figure 8s and, to a lesser extent, bent over rows. They all put tremendous strain on the lower back area.

I usually sub around the worlds or halos for those segments.

HTH.

8 years! Good job guys. This is a great “large muscle group “ beginner workout. If you’re experienced, don’t be afraid to go heavy.

Did this workout for the first time today, feel amazing! Was able to do only the first rep but burned around 100 calories. I'm a beginner so my heartbeat rises faster hence burning more calories but excited to keep getting better!

None of those Kb exercises should be done by anyone (especially Beginners) with the form portrayed in the video. Unless you want to screw your back, elbows and shoulders… do not follow it
