omg i loooooove fitness blender and im on my second week im found you guys out by just searching ab workouts it moves and a very good pace and all your videos have inspired me to lose weight for the first time in my life ! im on week 2 and ive already took some before pictures and have noticed thanks to your light cardio videos I'm now able to keep up with my niece and nephews ! thanks fitnessblender i look forward to sending you all after pictures in 6 more weeks !!!!

I was in fairly good shape since I had worked out for years, but when for one reason or another I started working out with you, I shaped my body quite nicely and lost all the cellulite, you are the best trainers I've ever had. Thank you!
At 3:12 it's really creepy that one of the pics was taken the exact same day I was born. She had her baby the same day I was born. Weird, or naw?

I really love Fitness Blender workouts they are amazing and I have lost 2.5kg in just two weeks I can also see the results already I'm sticking with these videos there amazing thanks so much Fitness Blender
I don't know if I'm the youngest doing these workouts I am 13 last year during summer vacation I just fell tired and I didn't notice that I starved myself I don't know what happened but I did lose a lot of weight I got hips a medium/small waist, legs and stomach. it did take a whole month tho until my mom made me start eating again by this summer I gained more weight I was originally 105 after weight gain I was 116 (I got weighed in November) I had this horrible eating routine I would eat this horrible greasy dinner at like 7/8pm meanwhile watching Netflix. Until dec 2 I looked through these profiles of my classmates the girls were all skinny or atleast had a flat stomach I wanted to change my appreance and fit into these gorgeous clothes I started out by doing the 35 min cardio then 45 min cardio now I do the 1000 calorie workout (don't do some of it because it requires dumbbells which I don't have but will soon) and kelli's kickboxing cardio During the last 3 and half weeks I got my small waist back toned legs no weight gain Now its not about looking like these super models its just my routine and if I don't do atleast 1 exercise or cardio I feel icky I feel healthy doing it I want to thank fitnessblender for these amazing videos and tips. Also before I could barely do 1 pushup now I can do more then 10 nonstop

Love your vids! Just decided to start the 8-week program. I love the simplicity of the videos – I like to play some of my favorite music and turn your volume about half way down and it's just perfect! Hoping to get back into my fitness mode and make working out a more regular thing. Thanks for having such a great site and videos!

I started usinf fitness blender on and off last november, fell off the fitness buss around the holidays but have gotten back in to where im doing these videos every day or every other day, i dont keep a scale in my house because i get too number focused, but i feel better, my flexability is improving and today i notice my calfs are getting defined. My goal is to be in onederland by april!
