Hi guys, just purchased the e-book after doing a few workouts straight from YouTube. This plan is just what I need to tone up after a lazy winter. I've been searching for a good material for a very long time.
Your videos are really great, they don't put an inadequate burden on joints or anything and they really seem to have an effect. At least on me.

Greetings from England,You guys are the Top Banana of Fitness vids, absolutely brilliant, i bought your first 8 week fat loss program and its just so easy to use, boy are my muscles being put through their paces!! Your guys have helped me lose 15 kilos in just under 10 months. I LOVE working out now and I'm addicted to the post workout feel. I can feel the muscles in my legs and arms and feel so proud of myself. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Do you have any tips on how to adapt the fat loss programs to apartment living? I can hardly do one jumping jack at home without the neighbors complaining, so I have to keep it as low impact as possible, but I have bought round #1 of the program and really want to use it.

Have you seen "crankmax fat loss"? (do a google search for it) It is a quick and easy way for you to burn off fat fast.
