Do you have any tips on how to adapt the fat loss programs to apartment living? I can hardly do one jumping jack at home without the neighbors complaining, so I have to keep it as low impact as possible, but I have bought round #1 of the program and really want to use it.
I would like to see specifically some knee exercises. I popped my knee out last year and have had some slow recovery. Would appreciate seeing a few knee videos.
