Just completed this workout for last week's Day 4 workout. Had to teach 3 classes that day so I made up for it today. This one is awesome. Thanks!

Day #5 – Really rough but I made it. I did your 30 Power walk for Beginners 1st to warm up then tackled Fitn 15 #5 – Core. I'm having a severe Fibromyalgia Flare up and Movement is one of the best medicines. I looked on your Website but couldn't find a work out program for those of us with Fibromyalgia & Chronic Fatigue. Do you have any suggestions for me to develop a program using your videos? There are so many of us who have a hard time figuring out what exercises to do that won't exacerbate our condition or relieve some of the pain. My email is Beeme61@comcast.net.

deceptively easy! None of the motions are fast or too hard, but I am breathing hard like i walked a 5k or something. Thanks for a short but sweet workout!

Jessica with your 15 day plan, for beginners, should we add a rest day inbetween or is it fine to just do every day?

So I just finished this video. I feel like I just did 30 minutes of cardio. I feel good though.

I did this one yesterday. It was a bit of a challenge because my son (2.75 years) was home and he was all over me. I'll need to redo it again one day probably.

Great core workout! I added this to a Reafit.tv strength training session and it was the perfect addition. I love how you come up with slight modifications to ordinary moves and make them really different. Thank you!

Thanks for another good workout, Jessica! My abs are my most neglected area, but I know if I keep up with your workouts, I'll get them up to shape!

Nice one Jessica. My second short abs workout this morning. This is day 4 of my own Summer of Strength until I can download your new videos and get started. Thanks for this. My cat always makes an appearance when I do your mat workouts. She keeps well away during standing workouts though. I enjoyed this workout and I really like the way you give us options as we are getting fitter.

I did it!  After a hiatus because of hurting my knee, I'm back at it!  Although slow to begin with, I'm able to do a little more every day.  And despite my kitten walking on the keyboard of my laptop and starting the workout over several times, I was able to complete the workout! 😉

SOS week 1, day 5 done! It was nice to have a short, less intense workout for today; it was a good break. There were some moves that I could definitely feel and see that I have made improvements, like the knee hover and swivel. As always, you bring fresh ideas to working out, making every minute count! Thanks, Jessica!

Done. So glad it wasn't leg day since it's going to be busy at work. I may not be losing lbs yet but I am feeling better. Thanks.

Good workout! The only move I had trouble with was the knee hover–hard on wrists and elbows. I did it on my fists, but it still strained joints.

First of all, this is Debbie on Dwight's iPad! I'm doing your #Fitin15 workouts again; day 4, with the Core Concentration workout to follow, and it's been great! I love that you give modifications, because sometimes I need them, and sometimes I surprise myself and can go to the advanced moves! In such a short time, I really feel like I've worked hard and my fat is crying big time! Thanks, Jessica!

Good workout! I now do the knee hover on my elbows due to wrist issues, & final "airplane" move on fists, not flat hand for same reason. I wish there were more stretches, but I like the way you balance front, back and sides.

This is the first time I have done a total body workout with weights. I used 3lb weights. I did pretty good until the last floor exercise. I dont have the coordiation to do olibliqe and leg cycles.

Thanks for another great video! Until watching your core videos like this one, I didn't think about working all of my core muscles, including my back, and was instead only thinking about my abs. I appreciate your more balanced perspective!

Wow. Any chance of getting a workout that concentrates more on the lower abs? Two c-sections make that necessary even way later.

Loved this! Creative movements tied together. I’m working through a frozen shoulder so I will try this again to see if I can gain strength during the side planks. ❤️
