Welcome to workout 2 of our #FITIN15 Plan! This no equipment necessary session is designed to help you build strength and stamina and brush up on proper form and alignment during specific exercises. l’ll build into the moves so just do your best, listen to your body and stick with the options and versions of the exercises that work best for your current fitness level.

Intensity: Moderate

This 15-minute full length home workout routine burns calories, elevates the heart rate and works the muscles in the thighs, inner thighs, legs, quadriceps, hamstrings, core, arms, shoulders and abs with exercises like:

Hip circles, knee circles, squats, lunges, planks, side lunges, side to side power lunges, abs crunches, abs cross crunches, spine extensions, quadruped opposite arm and leg reach, cat cow stretch.

after 10 minutes of running and 35 minutes of walking this program is good enough to follow it until the end. i usually add one or two exercises for my hands and abs as i have big problem because of my hormones… thank you!!

Liked it all, but with wrist and elbow issues, I'm never sure how to modify pushups or what to replace them with.

Since I don't have a convenient wall near the computer in my small apartment, I've taken to using the edge of a sturdy end table for my push ups. Still can't put weight on flat palms on the floor, have to balance on fists (to protect wrists), and do shallower reverse lunges to protect knees.
