Probably on high(ish) doses of anabolics.
This is no different than any of the other artificial body enhancements, be it shit like breast implants or butt injections or lipo and other plastic surgeries, or tattoos. Some are socially accepted while others are deemed "weird". Personally i think it all looks bad, but people can do whatever they want for all i care.
It has to do with genetics not everybody can look like Hercules you're boring the way you are you can build up your body only to a certain point and that's it then you have to use steroids and junk to look bigger than what you were genetically born with

I honestly don’t thinks she looks like she uses synths. Comparing her biceps to her forearms and her front and side delts she looks somewhat proportioned. Especially if you compare her to the obvious synthol users you have in the video. My personal opinion is that she is not using synthol.
