Hope you guys enjoy this – I intend to do more videos like this covering a few days at a time so there is a solid amount of variety in the Vlogs. Followed up alongside a 3 to 4 minute Myth Breaker & Common Questions Video AND an in depth Training Tutorial. That'll be three uploads per week on average ….. What do you guys think? Comment Here!

(Also please note when I say take Ibuprofen after a workout I don't mean EVERY workout just whenever you have unnecessary aggravation – if you have a better suggestion that would be awesome!!)

Wanted to know what are your thoughts on cheat days…
Can 1 day a week "destroy" a week of hard work?
I'm very consistent everyday, but I wanted to know if a day a week u could relax?

I sustained an ACL injury which resulted in me having surgery at the end of last summer. The muscle in my legs decayed so much which made me want to get into the gym and train harder than I have before. Today I just hit my PR for squats and I've now hit a PR for bench press as well, making it more than my squat in fact. Just want to say thanks for keeping me motivated and giving advice all the way through this time so I can build a better me <3

One question I have though is, when prepping for bench, the back is arched etc, but do you then place your bum down on the bench or still keep that elevated slightly so you drive through your feet more? Anyone in tyhe comments or Lex, if you could let me know that would be great 🙂

Lex! I first came across your videos because I was trimming my beard and looking for ideas. lol Now I am motivated to do something I have been putting off for years. Working out! I am a big guy 6'4 360lbs who never really consistently worked out for more than a year. Last time I did I had fast improvements but I got busy at work and lost it. I have different priorities now. After watching your videos I am now motivated all over again. Thanks!

just discovered your channel a day ago and have been checking your vids. i like your way of communicating its helping keep my brain on what your saying versus experiencing nap time,.. very valuable for me 🙂

question,… i haven't yet seen a video by you discussing how to determine how many calories a person needs and the tools available to help a regular average person like me reliably and hopefully accurately be able to calculate my needs as i go through my chosen programs.

i have been going through 6 years of back therapy so am way outta shape, at my worst actually but have been ok'd and encouraged to do beginner workouts again to help my back continue to stabilize. so that said looking forward to the future, i have given up hoping to become a fitness model type of physique,… in 90 days or less lol, i have given up trying to starve myself or take that magic pill or drink that magic tea etc,… done so many none work,.. and watched your video talking about supplements and yep that was me and yep i got those lack of results. so anyways looking forward i am creating my road map of what i truly want to achieve, and how to achieve it in a way that is so right for me that i can keep living it and reaping the rewards for the second half of my life. So that brings up years of frustrating criss crossing opinions and tricks and techniques of assessing how many calories a person needs and the most usable way of applying that knowledge.

For example meat portion size,.. size of deck of cards,.. but different meats different levels of proteins and some deck of cards seem awfully small while some people are awfully big,……….so i get confused,… to the people who are like no more than a tablespoon of olive oil per day while others say no you need more fats but of this kind over here blah blah blah. wtf . then there's the books of here is a recipe and it breaks down to this nutritional value,… or here's a meal plan. i hate waffles,… so why do i have to eat them just because i wanna follow your 90 day program i need substitution capabilities for what i do like to eat (within reason for allergies for example) and know i am still on the right path.

I saw in your 10k christmas day challenge you had an app for example that seemed to give you ability to input your ingredients, it would make assessment of values which you could then say i had this much and that comes to xyz in protein and carbs etc. that kind of tool is important. if i get to live into my 80's i'm 42 this year i have approx half my life ahead of me and i plan to cook most of that myself. so that said i want the ability to understand how much i need per day whether i am fat like now to my dream of healthy flexible, strong (and please please please nerve pain free) and able to sling hay in the mow without having a heart attack, to as i continue to age and my needs change, i want to know how to calculate so i can adapt. i can't adapt or live a life following someone else's halfway palatable 90 day meal plans the rest of my life it just isn't feasible!

so can you please do a video or 2 on how to asses your needs for where a person is in their life right now, how to adapt it with workload, and what tools aps software options for us to experiment and adapt our family favourite recipes and get a read out of how that works out calorically speaking. (example david rocco's cheats is great to show different products to make salad dressing that has the mouth feel, the flavour, but not the sugars and excess chemicals of store bought dressings. but i dont want raspberry vinaigrette or balsamic anything as i am allergic so i need a thing to input the ingredients i can safely eat and see how that works out for portions so i can make my own family favourites going forward 40 years) make sense?

What stuff is available to us not educated in nutrition and have no desire to be,.. i just want to get on with living. whew, poured my heart out there and hope it gets you thinking of a great new video to address my questions. Thank you so much!

ps i still haven't gone through all your videos so apologies if you have done the above, but youtube wont let me key word search your channel it brings up other peoples stuff that isn't related to my keywords at all. seriously how princess diana's burial island has anything to do with key words lexfitness caloric calculation is beyond me.
