I really like these workouts! Intervaltraining is such a good thing and they're also full of ideas and exercices I didn't know yet. I like the long workouts with you as well but this is just as perfect. Printable is SOOO HANDY and you also keep the homegirls without weights in mind 🙂 awesome job! Greetings from Belgium!

I dont understand, guys here IT is christmas eve, but in the calendar IT stays rest day tomorrow , am i supposed do this today, cause i dont get how u guys celebrate christmas, today or tomorow?!! Please answer im so stressed

Well when the video is short , we are given more to do , and in the end doing all of this will take longer than a 10-13 minute video . Because she isn't there to push us to get up and keep going . But I like working out and I spend my time working out .. so doesn't matter if its a long or short video .
