Oh, wow I feel amazing after doing this flow. I wasn't expecting to get my heart rate up and the downward dog was a nice, welcomed rest. Such a great one Adriene!

Great workout for my neck. A gentle stretch on the lower back and hips. Feels good! Finished my physical therapy (Cervical Spondylosis) with the recommendation to continue Tai Chi and Yoga! I won't win the war but I'll continue to fight it and win battles. Thanks Tex
