Omar, you dont lockout fully on weighted pullups right? I do this too, because when i lockout the movement starts in my shoulders and its very bad, whats ur opinion on that?

Omar what's your opinion on doing full body workouts for muscle hypertrophy rather than push pull? I read Brad Schoenfelds muscle hypertrophy book, and alot of research suggests both options seem to work pretty closely for natty lifters.

Do you think that everyone has his own "best weight class"?
what im asking is that lets say theres person A and person B.
both of them are the same in terms of height, training history, bodyfat.
but person A is stronger then person B in 185 lbs bw.
and lets say they bulk all the way up to 280 bw.
is it possible for person B be stronger than person A just cuz 280 lbs is more of a ideal bodyweight for person B?
