okay, so ive watched your videos about cardio and losing weight, but my leg is messed up and im in physical therapy trying to get it fixed, but that means i cant run. what do i do? i have a pic on my instagram page of what i looked like a while ago an ive made improvements. about a year before that pic i was almost 200 pounds of nasty fat and i was super insecure, i lost a bunch of weight, and in the shirtless pic of me i was at 135ish and i was losing too much weight, so i had to gain more weight, now im 163 and i cant seem to gain more weight, i weigh myself every day and im usually a pound heavier or so, and when i wake up im back to 163, any suggestions?

What do I do to improve my hand grip. I stopped using alternated and switched to pronated grip.
fat loss=better grip because better relative strenght
Hey Omar, quick question: do you find cutting getting harder as you age? I am 29 now and losing fat is not as easy as it was ten or even five years ago. As for the strength loss ,I think the bench is affected the most, 1-2 reps lost and they weight feels way heavier!

I could do leg press 90 lbs on each side when I used to weight 125 lbs , I lost 8 pounds and could barely handle 35lbs only 😹😹don't skip gym folks, and eat right at all times!
I'm confused does anyone watch kino body? He swears that his lower volume training 3 days a week will keep you from losing muscle even gain some muscle while dropping fat? But here Omar is saying you need high volume to keep muscle I'm confused I don't know if I should train high volume 6 days a week or do kino body's 3 day a week split please help
Here's a very basic template to manage your calories for cutting, WITHOUT losing strength!
Let's say your maintenance calories are 3000/day, which is 21000/week, and you train 5 times a week
Mon – Train – 3300
Tue – Train – 3300
Wed – Rest – 1200-1500
Thu – Train – 3300
Fri – Train – 3300
Sat – Train – 3300
Sun – Rest – 1200-1500
Extra tips – Fast on rest days until dinner and eat one high protein, high fat meal on rest days. Eat most of your carbs after your workouts rather than before.
…Or you could just do Lean Gains 16/8.
If I'm doing IF following a kinobody approach and he doesn't do much volume he does like moderately low and does high weight will that be fine?

If you're over ~7% bodyfat, fat loss will not affect your strength. Why would it? It's in your head, Omar.
My cousin laughed when I told them I was gonna become slimmer with just using Fenoboci Diet Plan, but after I showed these people incredible effects after I used it they are begging me to share with them about it. Of course I won't tell them the details about this diet plan, haha
