If you’re looking for the perfect fat burning workout for the day after Thanksgiving then you’ve got to make sure you DON’T step on the treadmill, because that won’t get it done if you’re looking to boost your metabolism.
Instead, you’ve got to get BOTH your muscles and your heart working with the same workout….and you’ll get both an efficient total body workout as well as a more beneficial “muscle preserving” workout at the same time. Too many people think that the only way to burn fat is to hop on that treadmill that I call the road to nowhere, and unfortunately it actually isn’t even in the top five for effective fat burning exercises.
AthLEAN burst conditioning is exactly what your body needs to not only preserve but actually build new lean muscle while at the same time burning stubborn fat away.
It’s almost the end of the year. Ask yourself? How are you going to end your year? Are you going to start your new years resolution early and be in the best shape of your life NOW or are you going to put it off and delay getting in shape for yet another month (which will likely turn into more)?
Try this AthLEAN-X Black Friday Workout by celebrity trainer Jeff Cavaliere and start seeing results right away. Then….head over to to grab your copy of the complete 90 day training program that is sure to have you in the burning fat, building muscle and looking like an athlete (using the same system that the guy who trains them uses!). It’s time to get AthLEAN!

I'm just staring at his triceps when he does the cobra pushups…d.a.m.n.
be careful about what you wish for
Nice training but it puts ridiculous ammounts of stress on your joints.
you can do it mate!
Get your ass movin'! I used to be fat, now i'm normal and going for this.
Started going to the gym and being just A LITTLE careful with what I'm eating and man the results are… pfff. My dreams come true 😀
Better leave that chair and start working out!
Imagine if that Band broke…
Thanks so very much, great video it helps me allot.
I really like your videos, man. Your enthusiasm and knowledge are great and you always get straight to the point with no nonsense. Please keep up the good work!
I'm doing 10 weeks of German Volume Training (Polquin's routine) at the moment but will be going for the fat burn in the new year… Thanks for the great advice and inspiration!!

your workouts require things that even my local gym doesn't have :/
if only the exercise were a bit more simple
explosive training is the way forward. but a good run is also good to get super sweaty, expel some trapped wind and just wake your body up in general. i think 1 HIIT cardio session a week is good for the body. the rest of the time should be focusing on the kind of training shown in this video. respect.
nice body
lol u dont gotta die, just put ur mind 2 it
Not a good workout for the bigginers I dont think.
i dont trust that rubber band…
Work for it 😉
How long would it take to look this way?
Haha that doesn't even make sense
couldn't help noticing on the KB swings you put your right hand over your thigh and not the left one.
With Jeff, B-Pak and Lee Hayward… what a great overdose of fitness info… love it!
Hi Jeff,
Your videos and really great. Could you please advise, are these exercises are for for beginners as well?
Fun workout. Did 3 rounds and it kicked my butt. It's challenging but not to where you feel you can't do it. Great video and moves. I had I modify the band pull but other than that, great!
Thank you for your advice and information. I replay your videos and you manage to keep the original shape slightly muscular, but not bloated like some of your competitors who have seen them swell As months and we understand their gonflettes by steroids and other products not healthy for the body in the long run.
I know what I said, in 61 years I continued the training and I in shape, because I always avoid bulking up. Because more muscles are bigger, they become diificles to train in viellissant. thank you again for your excellent work…. Hi from Montreal
There is no way to drop some weight without risk without work out correctly and handle the diet. Pills & drugs will include unsafe side-effects.
I like all of his workouts. But lets admit it that ''quick feet routines'' are bullshit
QUESTION: Should I take the same recovery drink after burst training as i do after strength training
THE best of all!
Faved.
they are doing in a systematic manner. that is their secret
I love Tabata burpees for that! Great video!
you’re going to be performing each of these exercises for time—you simpIy have to do as many as you can in a given time period. That’s where generaI density comes in.The idea is to perform more reps on each exercise, and that’s where the increase in density becomes a factor. hahaha! He said girth!! 2:01
my god, by the 3 round the ab zags and cobras were torture!
fantastic workout! thank you 🙂
don't think rice crispy treats should be the add before the video………..
How can this one got only 300K views?? Nobody tried this alternation when doing conditioning workout?
Unfortunately Jeff does not give exact information of how much to do of each exercise. Is it always 1 set of 12-15 reps e.g. 20sec the line drill inbetween? Or till failure?
I train at home, so I replaced the ball and the kettlebell with a school bag stuffed with my accountant exam material, served me well.
I miss these intros.
I did 2 rounds of this today. I was sweating. These burst training workouts are certainly better than traditional cardio. Need to work on my skier hops. Should be called skier taps. I workout at home, don't have a gym membership. I'm one of those people who respect money and don't spend recklessly unlike today's generation who don't respect money. My goal is to stay lean year round instead of bulking and cutting.
