Fat Burning Workout – The BLACK FRIDAY WORKOUT! (Red Hot Metabolism) – ATHLEAN-X™

by YouTube Team

If you’re looking for the perfect fat burning workout for the day after Thanksgiving then you’ve got to make sure you DON’T step on the treadmill, because that won’t get it done if you’re looking to boost your metabolism.

Instead, you’ve got to get BOTH your muscles and your heart working with the same workout….and you’ll get both an efficient total body workout as well as a more beneficial “muscle preserving” workout at the same time. Too many people think that the only way to burn fat is to hop on that treadmill that I call the road to nowhere, and unfortunately it actually isn’t even in the top five for effective fat burning exercises.

AthLEAN burst conditioning is exactly what your body needs to not only preserve but actually build new lean muscle while at the same time burning stubborn fat away.

It’s almost the end of the year. Ask yourself? How are you going to end your year? Are you going to start your new years resolution early and be in the best shape of your life NOW or are you going to put it off and delay getting in shape for yet another month (which will likely turn into more)?

Try this AthLEAN-X Black Friday Workout by celebrity trainer Jeff Cavaliere and start seeing results right away. Then….head over to to grab your copy of the complete 90 day training program that is sure to have you in the burning fat, building muscle and looking like an athlete (using the same system that the guy who trains them uses!). It’s time to get AthLEAN!

your workouts require things that even my local gym doesn't have :/
if only the exercise were a bit more simple

explosive training is the way forward. but a good run is also good to get super sweaty, expel some trapped wind and just wake your body up in general. i think 1 HIIT cardio session a week is good for the body. the rest of the time should be focusing on the kind of training shown in this video. respect.

Fun workout. Did 3 rounds and it kicked my butt. It's challenging but not to where you feel you can't do it. Great video and moves. I had I modify the band pull but other than that, great!

Thank you for your advice and information. I replay your videos and you manage to keep the original shape slightly muscular, but not bloated like some of your competitors who have seen them swell As months and we understand their gonflettes by steroids and other products not healthy for the body in the long run.
I know what I said, in 61 years I continued the training and I in shape, because I always avoid bulking up. Because more muscles are bigger, they become diificles to train in viellissant. thank you again for your excellent work…. Hi from Montreal

you’re going to be performing each of these exercises for time—you simpIy have to do as many as you can in a given time period. That’s where generaI density comes in.The idea is to perform more reps on each exercise, and that’s where the increase in density becomes a factor. Unfortunately Jeff does not give exact information of how much to do of each exercise. Is it always 1 set of 12-15 reps e.g. 20sec the line drill inbetween? Or till failure?

I did 2 rounds of this today. I was sweating. These burst training workouts are certainly better than traditional cardio. Need to work on my skier hops. Should be called skier taps. I workout at home, don't have a gym membership. I'm one of those people who respect money and don't spend recklessly unlike today's generation who don't respect money. My goal is to stay lean year round instead of bulking and cutting.
