I have been working out regularly for about 3 years now and tried various types of workouts like Tabata, HIIT, rope skipping, strength training, kickboxing etc and I thought I had worked every muscle in my body till I discovered your videos. I randomly found one of your videos with weight and did it all the way. And the next day those muscles were sore which never got worked before. So I am doing more of your workouts. They are amazing and just as challenging.

This is a great all around that includes weights with excellent kick of cardio, if you are crunched for time just do 1 set all out, and done in 20!
