This no equipment workout is a great way to get that cardio workout in from home. For an extra challenge try eliminating the rest breaks in between exercises oww oww!!

I love that I easily make modifications to this workout while feeling like I’m still working out to her moves. I usually don’t like repeats but there were enough different moves in a round to make it fun. Saved under my “Favorites”

I'd like to suggest that you add a sound clue at the end of a segment so that when you're not looking at the screen, as was the case with most of this workout, you can know it's complete. You provide a sound countdown that a segment is going to start, but we're all generally looking at the screen then. A signal at the end would be really helpful! It would also be helpful to consider sound clues during the cooldown segment so that you don't have to strain your neck to be seeing when you're switching sides. Thanks for considering!
