if the warmup is always included, that would be better! it will be complete to do the workout with you guys and more efficient.

I had to do this workout in two parts but I finally finished it! So much more difficult to work out in warmer weather but definitely fulfilling.
I skipped upper body ones since I did upper body yesterday.
