Been about a year since doing this workout last. It is tough! Good for endurance, which I need to improve on again! But I got through most of it, but I think my heart rate and breathing were more than in the past. But completed Day 2 of the Fusion February challenge!

Loved first barefoot fusion walk workout; didn't realize soon enough this one has floor/mat work that is all kinds of challenging if you're older; had to end my workout when floor work started. Still a Jessica fan

I'm 250 and recently developed plantar fasciitis in my left foot, so your video was a TREASURE to find! I didn't finish it, only did 3/4, but it's my first time. I believe I'll be sticking with your workouts! TY so much!!!

you're right feeling better after these exercises. You can do a similar video just to add the exercises a little bit to strengthen the arms
NOT for the faint hearted!! LOL I'm 51 and have mobility issues (recovering from foot injury). I had to modify here and there, rewind and *especially* avoid that twisted reach knee up one! aaaaaaaaagh omg – NO! (TOO complicated, sorry!! that really sank this workout for me [briefly!!]) I DID it though! I am DRENCHED and needed to extend the stretching to my own needs, other than that, this is favorited! and will try it again!! *AWESOME* Sweat! LOL (hopefully this will help too with my meno belly! 😪😅🥰 thank you Jessica!
