This has become a goto "short on time" workout. I want to try one of your other longer videos now. I love how well this flows even though you still give good explanations. I don't like when videos have a long pause to explain moves. I did this in my hotel room! It is also perfect for my sort of narrow living room.

Day 6 Spring Challenge. Nice way to shake up the workouts with this one. Those climbs up the legs were really tough for me. After I was finished, I asked my partner to give a little hand at my shoulder blades to get me over the hump, while I practiced them a little slower. Once again, something to work up to.

Day 5 of #SpringAhead and I loved the balance of prehab and strength here. It is my early morning workout before a recce of a hike I am leading and this has warmed me up nicely. It is sneaky and has a moderate cardio effect. I did get warm and I am sparkling. I definitely should do more Pilates. Thanks for this Jessica and a huge thank you for the Spring Ahead Challenge.

Wow best workout ever… can I do it many times or it might not work if I do it too often? Workout 🏋🏻‍♀️

I am a runner and primarily do HIIT to cross train. I admit I never had much respect for Pilates…until now! This kicked my butt and worked muscles I haven’t used in a while. Thanks!!

Although this was a great workout, it's definitely not for me! I have a metal plate in my wrist, so I had to modify so many of the exercises because my wrist won't support these (side, back planks, etc)

Love this tq. May I know what is the significance/benefit of breathing at the relevant moves? apologies for my ignorance.

I just finished this workout and–I must say–I still find sections of it challenging. I saw that I last commented 6 YEARS ago! You would think that, by now, I could just breeze through it; but, no! I can definitely do much more of it, but the pushup sequence and the reverse pushups are still really tough! The good thing is that the pain I was experiencing back then has virtually disappeared, which I owe in large part to working out with Jessica every day. Progress, not perfection!
