I never underestimate these short cardio workouts because they are almost as insane as the long ones! This killed my legs, and they're are still sore from monday so this was extra painful. Love it 🙂

Hi Kelli and Daniel! I have a quick question concerning cardio…I wasn't sure where to post it so I decided to just do it on your newest video. Anyway, I'm 5`5 and only 80 pounds; obviously I'm trying to gain weight and I was wondering if I should still do cardio and if so, how much? Or should I just cut it out completely? Other than being underweight, I'm healthy and I'm not sure what led to the unplanned weight loss. Thanks so much!:)

Okay, that workout was just rude! Lol totally kidding, but seriously it was REALLY tough for being so short!!! I did this as my extra credit burn during week 4 of the fat loss round 5 plan, so thanks for the bonus metabolic boost for the day! I love, love, love your channel, thank you for all that you do!
