So I have a question. I'm asian and you know that we eat rice. Since I'm so used to eating rice, it's really hard NOT to. What should I do? I only eat a small amount because I want to lose weight really bad and stay healthy. Any advice? Thanks! You're awesome♥

omg please please please help me out, so i went shopping today so that i could start the 90 day challenge and some things arnt the same will this do or will i have to get more:

1.) i got normal tomatoes instead of roma ones
2.) is any oatmeal ok or do i need a specific one
3.) for the shelled edamame how do you cook that?? lol

and also is there a specific time i have to work out, becuase its kinda hard becuase of school (sometimes i can only do it in the morning)

Casey something bad happened, I've been on the 90 day channel since Monday and doing well but on Saturday again I was doing everything correctly until 5:00 pm my family went to a party and I didnt lasagne, chips, lolls nothing I only had a salad for dinner, but when the cakes and cupcakes come out I couldn't help myself, do I have to redo my 90 day challenge or is this ok.

Hi cassey, i just started the 90 day challenge but last night me and my friends went out for my friends' birthday and i made a bad decision and drank way too much alcohol. how long will it take to get back on track? will this have stuffed up losing weight completely?

Guys, losing weight doesn't have to be hard (I used to think it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Search a diet plan known as Proladox Diet Plan (do a google search). Seriously, that diet plan has transformed my entire life. I probably shouldn't even be talking about it because I don't want a bunch of other folks out there running the same "game" but whatever, I am just in a great mood today so I will share the wealth haha.

Eat less rice, you don't have to give it up completely. However I gave it up and also convince my mom to give it up. I don't even crave it anymore. I do eat it like once a month.
