I would never complain about a pr personally but I wouldn't call that smoking 198. More like grinding out the last two reps. Maybe it felt good but it wasn't fast

With your interest in olympic lifting I'm surprised you don't focus on putting your head through on those overhead presses. It looks like an incline bench until the last inch or two, well past the top of your head.
