Look at Jeff Cavaliere as a benchmark for a natural body builder. Then go from there. Most annoying body building channel on YouTube would have to be Jeff Nippard, because of his voice and because of how irrelevant he is because of how much juice he injects. Gaining that kind of mass is no achievement when you're on roids. Shove your science bullshit up your ass if you're smashing steroids. I know people who look as good as Mike and they're 100% natural.
