@LoveSweatFitness I've been doing modified side planks (from the knee), so what can I do that's almost the equivalent of the first exercise? LOVED the windshield wiper!! Woo, that's a good burn I felt going on.

I love plank jacks. You totally got me into them. I used to jiggle so much and was so loud when I did them 56 pounds ago…now not so much. Love noticing (sometimes funny) differences like that! 😀💕

I LOVE THIS ONE! The first move I can't seem to keep myself straight, is that normal? What can help? Second move I felt for sure but I made it a little more advanced with "push-up jacks" maybe you should incorporate that some day or do it as an advanced option for those that want to push a little further? 😉 AND WINDSHIELD WIPERS! They are the sole reason that I did this video more than once UhhhhMazing! 😀
P.S. Katie, when my son sees you on the screen he says, "is that aunt Katie?" (My best friend's name is Katie and that's what we call her.) Thought you might like to hear that he remembers you and sees you often. Lol. Thanks for all the challenging workouts!!!
