When I try to go to the lowest point of the earthquake I just fall backwards like I physically cannot do it no matter how hard I try am I doing something wrong?

This is a old video but i ve have a question… Why i lost my balance in last exercise?
I was doing this everyday during quarantine until I got sick with a cold and after the cold went away I stopped doing it for 3-4 days and I felt SOOOOOOOOOOOOO guilty but I started agian and I feel so good!

Will this work if I don’t already have a flat stomach? I’ve been working out for a couple weeks now and I’ve definitely lost a substantial amount but there’s definitely still noticeable belly fat. so i just wanna know if i should shave off the fat before doing ab workouts

GOOD lol this video has been around in rotation for a while and since ive been on and off on working out with Cassey (or in general) i feel really good that i returned with this with a VENGENCE
