OMG!! Did I feel my arms the next day. This is such a bitter sweet routine. I think it's great for the arms so I do and don't look forward to this routine.
Just finishing this one. I noticed that in the very last set right before camel stretch you have you did one side and then did not do the other so I rewind and did it. Other than that great workout. Very energizing.

I liked this video but there are a few things that are lacking from it that make your other videos so great: the transitions are too quick and you switch up the moves before you tell us to and 2) the audio goes away for some of the sets with the 'arm to side with touch on ground' and then the 'leg lift with arm back'. I kept on doing the move (arm to side) until I looked up and saw you had moved on. The boat pose makes more sense to be silent since we can watch but for the others we are looking down. Finally I also missed you counting up the reps. Though I understand with this type of video its more difficult. I probably won't do this one again but will stick with your other 'live' arm routines.

Finished day2 of #Fitin15! Added this to today's Cardio Core Walk and finally also got the Yoga Stretch download. I guess the Relaxing Flow will be my new favorite Stretching/Relaxing/Destress Routine 😊👍👏

I liked this. Tough but not terrible. Used 7 & 8lb Dumbbells except for the extended leg back fly because of my shoulder problems did 3lbs. Was good for my weight segment today.
This was harder than I expected. I started with 4kg weights but quickly dropped to 3kg, then put them down altogether on the ballet squats move. I read the comments below about uneven sets so I just did two sets of everything, but skipping through the video I think I missed a third complete set that I could have done. So then I felt like I cheated, but my arms are still really feeling it!
Great workout. I love the beautiful outdoor Florida scenery too.
completed the video but I must say that this is the only workout of yours I didn't care for. I think it was because the transition between moves were quick. I guess everyone can't be perfect.
Like that this one is focused on biceps, triceps and shoulders with some abs. Note to me: if do again, use 8lbs in 1st and 3rd set and 5lbs in 2nd set. Instead of floor triceps do chair dips
Great workout but disappointed that you didn't talk us through Jessica and told us of all the changes. I had my eyes down and at about 14 minutes there was no more commentary so how do I know when change comes? Another sweaty workout!
