Try it barefoot, or keep your shoes on if you prefer, and stretch out stress and tension throughout your entire body. Aw I love Peanut! lol! I have a little two year old crawling all over me too so I know how ya feel 😆 Love your videos as well. I have been doing the prenatal cardio, strength, and stretch all throughout my third trimester and they are awesome! Can't wait to try more after I have the baby.
